ABSENCE POLICY
Group Lessons

If you call or email us 24 hours in advance,
you may receive credit (non payment) for the lesson

If you call or email us 6 hours in advance, you may receive a private make-up lesson

If you do not notify us in time, you may attend the equivilent class

YOU ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND YOUR EQUIVALENT CLASS-TIMES ANYTIME!
You may even come to class two times in one week at no extra charge!

IMPORTANT! For extended absences (two or more weeks in a row), Ms. Kirsten requires private makuep lessons
(each private lesson with Ms. Kirsten is the same price as one of your group lessons):
- two weeks absent= one makeup lesson (before or after the absence)
- four weeks absent= two makeup lessons (recommended one before the absence and one after)
- six weeks absent= three makeup lessons (recommended two before the absence and one after)
- eight weeks absent= four makeup lessons (recommended three before the absence and one after)
- more than eight weeks absent= please discuss your options with Ms. Kirsten
